On July 10, Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau, Shenzhen Construction Technology Promotion Center and Shenzhen Property Management Industry Association organized an excellent project visit with the theme of "Green Property Management" to promote the development of green property management in Shenzhen. In the afternoon, the expert delegation visited Shenzhen Hailei Energy Storage Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Hailei New Energy Co., Ltd. located in the New Generation Industrial Park in Futian District, and had a detailed exchange and understanding of the "charging and storage integration" expansion system that will be put into operation.

The system is equipped with an EMS intelligent management platform, which can monitor and collect load power data and power consumption characteristics in real time. By analyzing energy consumption trends, the remaining capacity of the transformer is dynamically adjusted and allocated, and the power demand of the charging pile and the energy storage system is intelligently coordinated to maximize the benefits of power supply. In addition, during the implementation of the project, Hailei New Energy took the lead in adopting the industry-leading "non-inductive power generation technology" to provide a stable power supply, ensure the uninterrupted power supply of the data centers, servers, experimental instruments and other facilities and equipment of the enterprises in the park, and minimize the impact of the power system transformation.
