(1) Wind storage operation mode: The energy storage battery system maintains the stability of the voltage and frequency of the microgrid system through constant frequency and constant voltage (V/F) control strategies. In this mode of operation, the diesel generator is in a stationary state, and the wind power generation system generally adopts a maximum output power tracking control strategy. When the wind power output power is greater than the load consumption power, and the state of charge (SOC) of the energy storage battery system is high, it also needs to operate in a power limiting state.
(2) Wind and diesel storage operation mode: diesel generators (controlled by excitation and speed regulation) or wind turbines are used to establish voltage and frequency references for the microgrid system. The energy storage battery system adopts a constant power control (PQ) strategy and receives charging/discharging commands from the backend control system.
