Household energy storage
Since 2021, household energy storage has become popular in the global market. In particular, the Russia-Ukraine conflict exacerbated the European energy crisis, which led to the soaring energy prices in Europe, led to the prosperity of the distributed roof photovoltaic market, and also promoted the large-scale growth of household battery energy storage systems.
In North America and other regions, due to the aging of power grid facilities and frequent occurrence of extreme weather, power outages and shortages occur frequently. Local residents have an increasing demand for backup power, and in the future, due to the stability of the power grid, they will increasingly rely on mature and reliable energy storage systems.
Industrial and commercial energy storage
We mentioned earlier that energy storage can achieve peak shaving and valley filling of electricity loads. Based on this, manufacturing enterprises can use energy storage systems to arbitrage between peak and valley periods, saving electricity bills for factories. Simply put, it means storing energy in the energy storage system during low price periods such as early morning, and discharging the energy storage system during high price periods such as daytime, in order to arbitrage the price difference between peak and valley electricity prices. For manufacturing enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, energy storage systems are a "sharp tool" for reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
Large energy storage power station
In stark contrast to the popularity of overseas household energy storage, this wave of energy storage boom in China mainly comes from large-scale energy storage, which refers to energy storage with larger power/scale (we define it as 50MW/100MWh or above), mainly used in power generation and transmission and distribution sides, with a small portion applied in industrial and commercial energy storage. Large scale energy storage has become a must-have for many leading enterprises due to its large individual scale and higher requirements for enterprise technology and cost control. With the rapid development of integrated wind and solar energy storage projects and centralized shared energy storage, the demand for large-scale storage is expected to be significantly boosted as various regions propose storage requirements and provide basic energy storage needs.
Optical storage charging inspection
The so-called "light storage charging inspection" refers to photovoltaic power generation, which generally involves installing photovoltaic panels on the top of charging piles; 'Storage' is an intelligent energy storage system; Charging refers to charging electrical terminals such as electric vehicles; 'Inspection' refers to the detection of the battery when charging an electric vehicle.
