Today I would like to talk about the working principle of the Lithium iron phosphate battery MBS system. The Lithium iron phosphate battery system is connected to the DC output side of the switching power supply. When there is mains power, the 48V load is directly powered by the output of the switching power rectifier module. At this time, the Lithium iron phosphate battery is in the floating charge state; When the mains power is cut off, the Lithium iron phosphate battery system will discharge directly to supply power to the load to ensure responsible power supply. Each Lithium iron phosphate battery system is equipped with a separate Battery management system, which is responsible for the real-time monitoring and diagnosis of the voltage, current and temperature of the Lithium iron phosphate battery system. Through BMS, a series of data of the Lithium iron phosphate battery box are collected and a stable and reliable protection mechanism is made for these data, which ensures the normal use of the Lithium iron phosphate battery box and provides reliable DC power for electrical equipment. When the system malfunctions, it prompts the user through sound and light alarms and actively protects the battery system by disconnecting the charging and discharging MOS. The Lithium iron phosphate battery system has the function of communication through the RS485/RS232 interface, and realizes remote monitoring and control through telemetry, remote signaling, remote control, and remote regulation, so that the system is being unattended.
