④ After the lithium battery pack is formed, the battery voltage and capacity have been greatly improved. It must be protected and monitored for charge equalization, temperature, voltage and overcurrent.

⑤ The lithium battery pack must meet the voltage and capacity requirements required by the design.

Lithium battery PACK can be realized in two ways. One is laser welding, ultrasonic welding or pulse welding. This is a common welding method, which has the advantage of good reliability but is not easy to replace. Second, it is contacted by elastic metal sheet, which has the advantage of no welding, easy battery replacement, and the disadvantage of poor contact.

In the whole process from lithium battery cell to automatic module to battery PACK production line, the degree of automation of the assembly line is the key factor to determine product quality and production efficiency. Due to the disunity of battery PACK standards, the automatic manufacturing in the PACK link is almost blank. In order to further improve production efficiency and reduce costs, we must vigorously promote the application of lithium battery automatic production equipment.
