The production process of lithium battery varies according to different lithium battery manufacturers. However, due to the same principle, the main production processes of lithium battery are basically the same, generally including: batching, coating, rolling, cutting, slitting, welding lugs, winding, packaging, baking, liquid injection, formation, forming, volume separation testing and other processes.

Although the production process of lithium battery varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, the main production process of lithium battery is basically the same due to the same principle.

3、 Optimization of electrolyte composition. The requirements of lithium battery production process for electrolyte are to maintain capacity and extend battery life:




1. Through the optimization of lithium salt, solvent and additive, the conductivity of electrolyte is improved and polarization is reduced.




2. Restrain the reaction between positive material and electrolyte,




3. The surface structure of carbon anode materials was improved by controlling the appropriate specific surface area and surface treatment such as coating, film formation and surface chemical reaction;




4、 After the battery material is prepared, the lithium battery production process will enter the assembly process. At this time, pay attention to:




1. The negative capacity is slightly greater than the positive capacity,




2. After winding the positive and negative electrodes and the diaphragm, the particle size of the gap between the positive and negative electrodes and the diaphragm shall not exceed 0.5mm, and the upper and lower deviation shall not exceed 0.5mm.
