1) Battery detection EBM module
Each battery shall be equipped with an independent battery module, also called EBM module, to realize real-time online detection of individual voltage and individual temperature. With the cooperation of the BMFM host, once the battery pack has a discharge motor, the internal resistance of the single battery at the end of the discharge is detected, and when the battery pack discharge exceeds 7% of the total capacity, the fault battery is accurately judged and located according to the parameter characteristics before the battery pack discharge reaches equilibrium and in combination with the internal resistance of the battery pack during discharge.
