However, it should be noted that the repair method of lithium-ion battery for electric vehicles is generally only applicable to slight sulfation. If the sulfation is serious, replace the battery with a new one.

3. In case of battery plate softening fault, the battery shall be discharged to 10.5V and then discharged deeply with a bulb for 1 to 5 hours. Then use the activator to activate and repair. There is a certain probability that the lithium-ion battery of electric vehicles can be repaired, but if the situation is serious, it can only be replaced.

4. Method of multiple series and multiple parallel: generally, DC power supply is used to supplement the low voltage batteries in series, or the load meter lowers the voltage of the high voltage batteries in series to achieve the effect of battery voltage balance; If the voltage difference is tens of millivolts, charging or discharging is not easy to operate. Someone should watch it or it is easy to charge or lower it. Obviously, this maintenance method is very inconvenient; The efficiency is also low. I can't repair several sets of lithium ion batteries in a day.

Due to the memoryless characteristics of lithium ion batteries, the battery pack should be regularly charged every time or every day after riding; If the lithium bicycle is placed for more than two months, the battery pack should be fully charged; A charge discharge cycle shall be conducted for more than 5 months; When the lithium battery bicycle is not in use, the power supply should be turned off in time, or the battery pack should be pulled out of the battery holder and placed separately, because the motor and controller will still consume power in the no-load state.
