(1) Stop using the battery when it is discoloured, deformed or unusual. During actual charging, when the charging cannot be completed beyond the specified charging time, please stop charging, otherwise the battery will leak, heat and damage.

(2) In daily use, the newly charged lithium-ion battery should be put aside for half a minute before being used, or the battery performance will be affected. Do not mix the battery with metal objects to avoid short circuit caused by metal objects touching the positive and negative electrodes of the battery, which may damage the battery or even cause danger.

(3) Normally, when the lithium ion battery is charged to a certain voltage, the charging current will be cut off by the superior circuit. However, due to the different voltage and current parameters of the built-in overshoot and overdischarge protection circuit of some equipment, the charging is not stopped even though the battery is fully charged. Overcharging can also cause battery performance damage.

(4) During the operation of the battery, the wiring bolts of the lithium-ion battery must be checked once a week for heating, once a month for abnormal deformation of the appearance of the lithium-ion battery, and once a half year for loose or corrosion contamination of the connecting wires and bolts. The loose bolts must be tightened in time, and the joints with corrosion contamination should be cleaned in time.

(5) The ambient temperature has a great impact on the discharge capacity, life, self discharge, internal resistance and other aspects of the battery. Although the switching power supply has the temperature compensation function, its sensitivity and adjustment range are limited after all, so the ambient temperature is extremely important. The operation and maintenance personnel must check and record the ambient temperature of the battery room every day. At the same time, the room temperature of the battery should be controlled between 22 and 25 ℃, which can not only prolong the life of the battery but also make the battery have the best capacity.
