Time:Nov 02, 2022 Views:779

In terms of production and management, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau prompts that the production and sale of electric vehicle battery products that do not meet the standard requirements are not allowed. At present, the battery product standards related to electric bicycles and electric motorcycles are recommended standards. It is recommended that manufacturers implement the above standards, or develop and implement enterprise standards higher than national and industrial standards.

In addition, individual battery labeling on the market is in accordance with GB 31241-2014 "Safety Requirements for Lithium-ion Batteries and Battery Packs for Portable Electronic Products" national standard. The standard mainly applies to portable electronic products such as laptops, mobile phones and cameras, and does not apply to electric bicycles or motorcycles.

The battery product labels must comply with relevant regulations. The product labels include warning labels, warning instructions in Chinese, product names, specifications, and execution standards to be known to consumers in advance.

The operator shall establish a purchase ledger, keep purchase vouchers, and truthfully record the purchase channels, product information, inspection report, supplier contact information and other information of battery products. Batteries that meet the standard requirements shall be provided for electric bicycles, batteries with rated voltage greater than 48V shall not be provided for electric bicycles, and batteries for electric bicycles shall not be commercially assembled or modified.

For battery products sold on e-commerce platforms, e-commerce operators should specify the product name, implementation standards, specifications, warning instructions in Chinese, and product scope on the product details page, which needs to be known to consumers in advance, effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
